I was not at all pleased with this facility. It was not clean. The cnas did not use gloves when helping the residents go to the bathroom, change depends. They did not wash their hands after empting bedpans or changing depends. They were rough with patients in rehab for broken bones. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. I feel sorry for the poor people that have to put up with these conditions.
