This nursing home is extremely understaffed. Response to patients request often go unanswered due to the lack of help ( such as when a patient requires two people to assist them to the bathroom etc.) The food was usually served cold or luke warm to patients who ate in their rooms. There are a few nurses and STNA's who really try to meet all the needs of the patients, but there are more who don't really care one way or the other- its just a job to them.
Patients roam the halls in wheelchairs smelling like they have soiled themselves, and they stayed that way for hours before anyone addressed the issue. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Rating it a less than one
