Although the care of the nursing staff is outstanding, the administration department is another story. The boss whose name I wont give out, is completely unprofessional! The way he speaks to his staff is outrageous! He makes everyone he encounters feel like dirt even the families. However he is never evolved enough to actually know or care about anything going on in the facility. I really hope he isn't around any longer, because if that is the case this nursing home wont be around for long.
