The staff was excellent but their was a nurse manager that was very nasty with me there she acted as if I were bothering her because I need water for my mother. And she treats her staff harsh she raises her voice at them in front of others

Evening staff and night staff on first floor couldn't get medications right. Acted as if it was trouble to take residents to the bathroom. Couldn't stand the smell. Don't use if you can avoid!
