This place is not fit to take care of anyone. I wouldn't recommend this place to take care of a dog. My father passed away a month ago at this facility and they have yet to call and inform me!! I received a call from the hospital five(5) hours after my father passed away, after they had to track down my number from another faclity. Frankford sent my dad to the hospital with all the wrong contact information, after they had called me four times the week before to inform me that my dad had been falling. I thought protocol was to informed the family when a patient is transported to the hospital. Once I went there and they had taken my dad to the hospital and no one even told me. When asked for his room I was told he wasn't there and they didn't know where he was…needless to say I hit the roof. After they did some investigating, I was told he had been taken to the hospital two days prior. My reveview for this facilty is a -5, but the system insist I have to give atleast a one…ah no!!! PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR RELATIVES HERE, BEFORE LONG THEY WILL BE GOING DOWNHILL RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES UNTIL THEY CAN'T FIGHT IT ANY LONGER!!!!
