First and foremost I will say…if you love/like your loved one or friend, dont send them here. If you dont like them, then this is the perfect place. There is a reason that there are so many empty rooms, while other facilities are full. It's obvious by the care, compassion and attitude of most of the staff that they either dont want to be in that profession or are not paid very well. Any reason is not an excuse for this type of care. These are HUMAN beings. Now there was a few that cared, but for the most part it is a disgrace. Another thing you can expect, no communication with family. Then when you are face to face, they will say they tried calling but nothing ever showed up. Now for the biggest problem at that place…the social worker Beth. This is an employee who is most definitely in the wrong profession. She is unhelpful as they come. Makes things up so she can just leave. Dont take her word for anything. If you need anything, you are better off asking a wall.
