Lack of staff to take care of patients. Professionalism of staff and administrators was deceptive and manipulating. When my father passed away at this incompetent facility we were going to be charged per day for every day we did not get his belongings out. Can you imagine? We had to go and get his belongings out the day after he passed to not be charged. They should be ashamed.
