My mother was a resident there until she passed away in February 2016. I had to file multiple complaints regarding her care. Now I've received a check that was made out to her estate. She had no estate, will, or assets. When I called the corporate office to have the check reissued in my name since I was the one in charge of everything, they told me to talk to Karen at the local office. I've called multiple times for the last two weeks and can't get a return phone call from this lady. I'm always told she's in a meeting or on a phone call. I've asked to be put through to her voicemail and they refuse. I guess taking money for my mothers care is way more important than refunding money they aren't due!!
