My mother was a patient at this facility for approx 4 yrs. Just prior Christmas on this year (2014) we received a call that she "fell" during her shower and they sent her to the hospital. The Hospital MD found she had several rib fractures, a fractured clavicle, a black eye, and also found 2 fractured vertebrae that were partially healed (prior falls at same facility), and felt she would not survive. She died approx 1 week later from complications from the injuries. Patient safety apparently is not a priority at this facility. How you can get these kinds of injuries from a "fall" is very suspicious to say the least.
