My Mother is in your facility right now for physical therapy and I am very dissatisfied with your facility. Mom has not been given the care she needs. She was almost in a diabetic coma before anyone looked in on her. One night she was left to sleep in her clothes, another evening we had to round up her supper because they skipped her. They will take her blood sugar level and say it is way down, give her a shake and snacks to bring it up, will recheck in about 20 minutes to see if it has come back up. An hour and half later had to find some one to take it again to see if it went up because they did not come back! This morning she was left on the potty for an hour, knowing that she cant get back up in bed without help, with no one in the room!!!! This is not to mention the terrible food she is getting, such as burned toast, food with so much pepper in it she can't eat it, and food nothing like what the list says she is to get. Please don't let something happen to her. My one star rating is for the therapy.
