We would advise ANYONE who has been at Apple Rehab Watch Hill for short term respite or other skilled nursing home care to READ your Summary of Benefits for your insurance. You MIGHT be SHOCKED to find out that your stay was indeed 100% COVERED. EVEN with this revelation, and truth cannot be refuted, especially when there is HARD evidence of it, Apple Rehab continues to make every excuse in the book why they cannot refund the money already paid. It is no wonder they continuously FAIL the inspections and then have to MAKE UP the deficiencies. They do not do their due diligence and check insurance. They just want to the money. They should be following the medicare guidelines and they most certainly are not doing that either.
