Review of Bend Transitional Care

2 Star User Review

The staff seems short handed and are very moody. If you do not stay on top of things yourself , you will not get your MEDS or other care you might need. It does have a few good employees, but a lot of the employees just don't care or know how to do their job. I don't really know how other facilities operate, but I will for sure look into the different ones before I choose next time.

This the continuation of my previous review….

Also the resident care manager named Karen doesn't want to pay attention to me anymore because I told her that in this kind of "profession" I mean (health care field) we only have very slim leeway to commit mistakes because lives are at stake here. "Maybe" she's offended? I don't know. But isn't it good to listen to residents and/or residents family for them to be able to give better service? So, whoever plans to go to rehab please look for other facility.

What you are saying here is really true. Until now my husband is still there for few more days but I really want my husband to leave because they are not very efficient. I brought my husband to urgent care last Saturday because he's having difficulty breathing and they said he has pneumonia but the truth is "they never gave him the nebulizer medicine which he normally take at home. My husband's been taking that nebulizer for more than 20 years and they keep on saying that they do not have the doctors order. If so then why won't they call the doctor and ask if our request is valid? It is also true that the employees are moody but there are some that's also excellent in their job like the two RNs named Kim and Kimberly. The social worker named Jeannie considers me As an adversary because every time I noticed something foul I always brought it to their attention
