This used to be a terrific facility with a caring staff, but under the new ownership the staffing has been cut so dramatically that it takes 25 minutes to get someone to answer a call button. It's not the aides' fault. With 20+ patients being cared for by two or three aides, there's no way they can do their job properly. The aides are all leaving and it's such a shame.
