I concur 100% with the previous review posted February 20th 2017. A large percentage of the staff behave in an unprofessional manner and are either unable or unwilling to provide quality care. 20 minutes to answer a call button is very common… Full Review

Highland Pointe is terrible due to the response time and level of care given to the residents. Must wait sometimes 20 minutes for an aide to come when the assist button is pushed. Most not all are rude and not very compassionate to the residents… Full Review
