This facility was sold in October,2013 to Diversicare, a for profit company out of Brentwood, Tenn. Since that time the care has steadily gone down hill.… Full Review

In Jan 2014 we selected this facility for our mother. We read reviews from 2010-2013 that said it was a good place for quality, caring and accurate care. This facility is exactly the opposite. Conditions and care was so bad we are filing… Full Review
