My daddy was at Peak resources because that place was recommended by the hospital. Dad was there 4 weeks when we had a 'care plan meeting'. The meeting was to tell us that we had one day to find a place for him at another facility or to take… Full Review

Start with roach bites to residents that become infected. Diabetic bedtime snacks that are not passed. Dirty bathrooms. Fecal matter on the privacy curtains. They have run out of linen. I've never seen over bed tables wiped off to eat… Full Review
