My husband has been a resident of this nursing home since October of 2013. I brought him here because it was a very nice facilities plus very helpful administration, but started to change the beginning of last year. Administration becomes very passive with your complains. my husband had seizure several times but nobody calls me. Social worker are useless, they dont return phone calls. staff doesnt pay attention to the patients, they dont even know whats going on because even the call button is on, nobody cares to check. Just recently (Sept 6) i found my husband inside his room, having partial stroke and nobody does anything. They only call their doctor when i insisted them to send him to hospital. I wont recommend this nursing home.
