The staff did not pay attention to the residents. The residents stay in their wheelchairs most of the time, with their legs dangling. My mom's feet were swollen two and a half times her shoe size when I brought her home. My mom was injured by staff members, and they tried to deny it. The supervisor did nothing about it. I would not recommend this facility.

My father was there for a month and would have trouble emptying his bowel. He would be in extreme pain and ask for an enema or laxative and they would make his sit in pain for 9 hours or more. One time when I was there and he was in pain I went to the nurses desk and this aide told me she would get to him later and walked away from me. I couldn't believe it.
I feel bad that your mom was neglected. My dad was recently there for 2 weeks and was treated the same way by nurses and assistants there. He was fed mashed up food and it was grossed! I walked in one day he needed oxgen and was breathing very hard. Nobody was around they were all on lunch breaks. This place is not safe for the elderly!
