My mother has been in this facility for 1 week and 1 day. Not one staff member has reached out to the family, physical therapy happens or it doesn't, my mother is not eating and no one is concerned. I have been told that her case would be discussed in two weeks. Two weeks? Medicare pays for 21 days? WTF? I'm frustrated. I will be demanding a meeting with her treatment team tomorrow, if she has one. Anyone out there have any success with this place?
