Nurses are not on top of their job. Too many errors dispensing medication. Half the time they don't even have the proper medications for the patients so they do without. Nurses are not helpful or friendly. Need better nursing staff. Cafeteria for residents really is bad, food is terrible. A repeat of fish daily.
Need help, maybe even new administrator to oversee entire place.

Admitted my father at 1030 at night and was greeted my Admissions director and Charge Nurse for facility. Update meetings were constant and thorough.

The people over here at this facility are very hostile and insensitive especially at a time like this for my family. All we needed was information what to do, and "L"(who decides to take anyone in) was rude, mouthy, had a very unkind tone of annoyance in her voice, was sarcastic, made me feel like i was bothersome and ignorant, and did not let me speak at all. Before, she had hung up the telephone, as if she was talking to someone else…. she was cursing "f'n people!" S.M(The head of B.S), still has not applied himself to look at my Mother's paperwork nor have not gave it to the person who will determine her out come at this facility which is Laura. Is this the type of people that you have working for your facility. How would anyone in their right mind feel safe for their family members with people like this working there. I have called numerous of times, and talked to alot of these employees, and all of them pass phone calls, with attitudes. Seriously, these are grown ups! Yeah right!
As, of now I'am sending my mom to a different facility. Yes! Just because of your "employees" with the ill manners and insensitvity to the people of need!!!!
You all should be ashamed of yourself and really change how you treat people. Just because you are having a bad day or do not like your job…. Maybe you should've picked another profession!! and i was forced to rate this place. I would've put no stars!!!
