This facility has a number of issues: Poor communication, horrible food, unavailable staff, antiquated equipment, very slow response to patients (average response time is 25 minutes). There is no intercom system in this facility so there is no way to determine if the call light that is blinking is a minor request or a desparate cry for help. It appears the money was spent on wall art and not for the benefit of the patient. One is given a nice story but the reality falls very short. The claims for Medicaid applications and financial assistance should not be believed. This facility is a place to take your aged loved ones to be ignored until they expire.
