Highland park Alliance Ne they are very understaffed on afternoons there are a lot of falls that are covered up and there. Please please pay attention to other residents that are in there always believe the residents that are there I did not because I was told they talk like this all the time and just not all there there are some residents that get coached on what to say please please I am asking everyone to pay close attention to to what other are saying

I do not like what I see there mom really complains about the food. I really am upset to much fake people there. Lots of family members work there so you do not dare complain because you don't know if they will take out on your parent. Mom is upset the one big gal in the kitchen is very loud and a dirty language she slams the door open and it really scars us and we smile and she gives us a dirty look or she just does not look at us . I know some residents family members are looking for other homes and I think we better to just not a good place at all. Some of the staff are very nice but not during the day and some at nite are very nice. You ask the staff during the day to help with something and they sure are not very happy about it but they do it. And than you go out side the room and you hear them complaining about it . I am very upset vetters really do not care about some of there places. Very pretty in there but not good at all and they do not want to fix the problems in there and only getting worse.

I go and eat or just sit with my mom and the food really dose not taste good anymore it use to be really good mom just dose not like to eat if I bring her stuff from home she eats just fine what happen to the nice salad bar I and the other family members thought it was the best really in town and mom and her friends loved it could not wait for it now it looks not even good she said and really it dose not what happen to all the home made food the food was so good there. My uncle is over at Good Samaritan and I go and see him and eat with him he is always saying how good the food is and it is it is home made there . What happen to your food and the cooks do they not care
