My wife has been here for over months. Complete invalid. Most of the staff is very kind & caring especially the nurses.
I do find a problem with CNA's especially overnight. They do not appear to check patients often.
I did talk with the manager & he said he would address the issue.
I would probably give it a 4 rating if the overnight issue improves.
Overall, I do find it better than the high rated one in Memphis where she spent 4 weeks.
