I wouldn't let them care for my dog. I don't know how they passed inspection with cockroaches crawling on residents and in kitchen, at least 1 resident knocked out on medication so she couldn't be interviewed and overnight CNAs that would rather socialize than care for the residents. I give Tishomingo 2 stars instead of 0 only because of 3 great CNAs on overnight shift.
