I wont even give this place a star, the facilty may have been clean but the staff were ill informed, ill equiped and just plain sucked at their jobs. They were not prepared to take in my grandpa, so they sent him back to the hospital that day, then the hospital wasn't prepared for my grandpa so he was placed in hospice where he passed away that day. So this place sucks, do not send your loved ones there unless you want little to no care for them.
