I went unannounced to see a relative i had not seen in many years. I noticed that he was happy, appeared well cared for and looked better than he had in years. All of the reidents appeared clean.i could tell that this facility had many total care residents. Staff was polite to family members. Spoke to residents with respect.Staff also appeared clean and neat. I know no place is perfect. Working in medical field i have seen my fair share of facilities.This one seems to have staff that care about their residents .i was impressed and am glad my family member is there.
