My mom has been there not even 24 hours the staff is not helpful my moms call light was on for 30 minutes and no one came I had to get up and literally find someone to assist her my thing is she on a ventilator what if she was experiencing some real difficulties and y’all take over 30 minutes to respond there hasn’t been any communication between the facility and my self I’m unpleased and I’m going to be looking for another facility like now
