Bad bad place. Staff incompetent, residents are violent and severely neglected. Poor conditions, low staff morale. Daily sexual harrassment by clicky lesbian staff, who give prescription drugs to residents so hey will sleep, and also trade… Full Review

My Aunt loved The Oaks. The therapy was great, the nurses and staff people really went out of their way to help her get better. She was there for 4 weeks or so until she could get around by herself again after a broken hip. She's home now… Full Review

The Oaks At Northpointe Woods is an AWFUL establishment. There is a Registered Nurse who has on several occasions given a resident somebody else's narcotics to make them fall asleep at night, multiple aids who have been verbally and physically… Full Review
