Very unorganized, didn't show any care, very uncomfortable not clean. They didnt feed my mom she missed out on certain meals. They did not have the necessary equipment for my mom in order to do everyday things like a walker or wheelchair. This was ridiculous my mom left because we could not take this anymore.
