I won't even give this place a 1 in ratings. Never have I seen dirtier rooms in a nursing home. Cold and nasty food for the patients. Diapers left unchanged for hours on end. Pee on floors just left to dry on it. Front desk weekend staff is so rude and it's obvious they don't really want to be there. Same goes go the housekeepers. Never see a housekeeper on the weekend except to change a trash bag. Working on getting our loved one out of there. They are taking full advantage of poor people that have very little. Also staff almost NEVER CALLS YOU BACK when you have left a message. Can't talk to doctors at all, because our loved one has seen them very little. Sad sad palace to have to be in let alone go to visit a loved one
