Lack of professionalism- poor quality food, patient left soiled, poor staffing ratio, slow to respond to the needs of the patient, lack of sustainability for fixing problems.

Our experience with this facility has been horrific. My family member tells us she is left wet until she is sore. We have waited with her for over an hour asking for them to help her. An employee told her (in front of other family members) she would not feed the resident. The resident told us last night she doesn't get all three of her meals a day. We are going to talk to management today and if nothing is done, we will be contacting the state.

A nice, better than average, clean facility. …..Would have given it a better rating except for the pitifully low staffing levels relating to skilled nursing care. …Resident patient care is their priority, and skilled nursing takes something of an 'afterthought' position. …..This situation would not be a logical choice in facilities for skilled care. …As a regular nursing home, it would deserve at least another star or two.
