My mother and my Uncle were both residents of this facility. I was not pleased at the care both were given , in particular ,mother. Doctors appointments were missed to the point where she ran out of her medication and began to go through withdraws. The management and staff for the most part were unprofessional. To see CNA's sitting at the front desk - texting away on their phones - not acknowledging patients and guests, pitiful. I would not allow any family member or friends family member to stay there.
