Called the Director today just to say how pleased we are with Dad's care. I live a long drive from the facility and I have so much peace knowing he's there now. The nurse on his hall takes her time with me on the phone and is really very helpful with my questions. The office staff is so polite and professional. When I do visit the facility, the staff is just as nice in person and Dad is doing good there.
