Review of University Heights Health and Living Community

My father was admitted and has not received the best of care. UH does not even provide him with a menu to select his food. Very poor carry-over between nurses shifts, they seem to care less, just clock out. The long-term care wing is not among the best, consider carefully before admitting your elderly parent here, I regret this decision.

I often stayed over 2-3 hours after my shift and never received a lunch break the entire time I worked there. Breaks are automatically deducted, so you do not get paid for them. I do not know of any other industry that requires so much of its staff and receives so little acknowledgment. You are probably confusing the nurse who has a degree with ancillary staff who have no degree. They are not allowed to stay over and are penalized if they do.
