Nice looking facility enough to reel in my loved one.. Only to be let down by staff that only provided less than minimal care. My Aunt was passing away and only 2 staff members showed passionate care out of many nurses and nursing assistant.. Staff was very short with my Aunt and her needs. Food was ok but not suitable for a dry pallet and a sick belly. Housekeeping was only seen x1 a week to attend to her bedroom and bathroom per request. My Aunt was Promise a nice sauna bath during her stay which she never got. Evening CNAs had a lot of breaks and was never found when needed. Would ask the nurse to change her and was told the CNA would do it when she has time.. Would NOT recommend Symphony to anymore of my family or friends.
