Ever since management changed over to a NON-NURSE resident service "director" the place has been going down hill. No one knows whats going on there. State should really keep a close eye on them. Over promise and under deliver. ALWAYS. The place… Full Review

If your loved one is suffering from dementia or alzheimers..please do not place them in this facility. Although the facility itself is well taken care of...the residents are not. Staff was untrained for this type of skilled nursing and residents… Full Review
