This place needs a whole new staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone that might need to send a loved one to a nursing home for rehab. Absolutely no regard to the patient, and the poor cna's are the ones who have to do all the work… Full Review

The first time my mother was there, things went pretty well, but now it is the third time and things are horrible. She is unable to get up and out of bed by herself and when she pushes her call light it sometimes takes hours for a response… Full Review

Pro's / Good Alden had a very nice décor. Most of CNA's were very nice to my loved one. Most of the nurses really tried to help. It appeared clean and my loved one was kept clean. Food was just ok. Negative's / Con Problems with staff… Full Review

I don't advise anyone bringing their loved ones here. This home is COMPLETELY short staffed, and they're aware of it but do nothing! I have seen call lights on for 20-40 minutes, even longer on some of my visits. I have heard patients calling… Full Review
