I was there visiting a loved one who had recently had surgery. Staff to patient ratio is low. There was one LPN per shift and one nurses aide for the entire wing. It took two and a half hours and repeated requests to get attention for the other resident in the room. Medication sheets were wrong and it took 24 hours to get the correct medications. They are trying to remodel but the building is old and desperate need of serious repairs. Toilets are not ADA compliant. I had to take a riser in so my mom could use the facilities. Staff attitudes and morale is low. The Building is dirty, dark and depressing coupled with poor staff attitudes and low morale this is not the place you want to leave the people we love.
