We would not recommend Meridian Care and Rehab to anyone unless they are willing to be on site most of the time day and night to ensure your loved one gets the appropriate care. Only one non-nurse was truly caring whenever she was in the area on the floor. Most of our loved one's clothes have never been returned from labeling over a period of 2 weeks. After meeting with the nutritionist, the food that arrived was not what was agreed upon. Our loved one was left unattended in a chair without support and proper clothing over 5 hours. We were more stressed knowing that whenever we arrived at the facility, something would be wrong that we would have to bother them to deal with. Not recommended.
