I would never recommend this facility. Care from the physical Occupational therapy staff was good however that is the end of anything positive to say. Even that was not the 7 days a week as promised. They are severely under staffed and there is an attitude of I will get someone else to help you not my job. Simple things like a washcloth or fresh glass of water seem needlessly very difficult to atttain. A 40 minute wait for help to the bathroom was way to common. A weight gain of more than 12 pounds in a single week had to be called to the staffs attention. We were told at a care planning meeting that there was no release date planned and were led to believe there was expected to be another release planning meeting scheduled only to be told the following Fri. that she had to out by Mon. They released her with no homecare equipment at all.
