It is a new building, but constantly smells like dirty diapers. Staff is typical nursing/CNA bottom percentile, with bad attitudes. Food is terrible, physical therapy is a joke, respiratory therapy even more of a joke. Do not put your family… Full Review

Facility is nice, they keep it pretty clean. Food is OK. But where they fail is the lack of organization in their nursing care and medical. It is impossible for a family member to see what really is going on. They give only partial answers… Full Review

Love Avante at Ocala they are the best. My Mom has been there since January. The care they give to her lets me sleep at night knowing she is in very good hands. The nurses are so caring. Wonderful place. I give them 5 plus stars. … Full Review
