This nursing home was a nightmare from the start. Not only is the entire staff outsourced from other countries (you can't understand any of them), they just don't care about their residents. Island Lake was the kind of nursing home you picture… Full Review

Absolutely horrible care! They sent my Mother home with a bad case of pneumonia, only to be admitted to the hospital the same day. If you are looking for an SNF for your loved one, keep driving!… Full Review
