The care here is really bad. My mom would wait a long time like 45 minutes to get help after she rang the call bell. They kept putting her phone far away from her bed so she couldn't call me if she needed to. She didn't get the rehab daily like they said she would. She could feed herself, but her roommate was supposed to get help with meals and she said most of the time they just put the meal on the bed tray and left without saying a word. When I tried to complain to the nurses, they seemed not to care. I don't know who is in charge here, because they kept giving me a different name. We finally pulled my mom out and found a different place.
