Putting ben gay on my moms croch is not good.Then the lady(cna) that did it would not wash it off she had to go get someone else Then was let fall to the ground .This place is a joke.-5 stars

I think don't think they qualify for a star when a patient has fall several times and broken bones four times and always happening during the night. What is their night staff duing when these patients are waking up and breaking bones in the middle of the night. The day staff is very helpful and nice. But really what is the night staff doing sleeping???????? Come on be more alert!!!!!

I am very disappointed in the care of this nursing home. The care there for people that are fall risks is very unacceptable. they do not give the care that should be giving to there patients.. My grandmother is located at this nursing home and has the worst care imagnable. she has fallen multiple times and broken 4 bones possible 5. She was put here because of the constant care that she required and is obviously still not gettng.
