under staffed poor communication between family and staff tried to convey to staff patient was over medicated, talked to several people, (doctors, nurses, etc) and didn't get any response occ. therapist was very unprofessional made remarks to family as a veiled threat whispered to other therapists about patient
patient has improved immensely since he left facility. one morning for 4 hours there was no staff in pod.
