Worst management I have work for in my 24yrs of nursing. Reported nursing negligence to the DON after a broken PICC line was unattended for over 16hrs ,only to fall on deaf ears. Witnessed the RN co-ordinator preforming CPR on a resident in bed, also reported to the DON,no action taken to prevent this from happen again.Witnessed nursing staff careing for PICC dressing in a unsterile fashion (staff unaware a mask should be worn), again DON informed, no action taken to provide training.
