None of the toilets are handicap height and none have two grab bars. Toilets are shared. The rooms are too warm, the food is cold. Aides do not answer call lights quickly, often making patients wait 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours with no idea what the problem or need is. The two best nurses during my 5 week stay both left for other places. The aides are not given adequate training and no one seems to be in charge of their actions. Communication on all levels is terrible. There are not enough staff members on first or second shifts. The staff of aides seemed not happy with their jobs much of the time. Areas of concern should be presented to administrators by the patient or family member as often as necessary.

The privately contracted therapists were all very professional and nice but a person never knew when they were coming to give therapy.
