The atmosphere at this facility is one of desparation and panic. The administrative staff seem not to be connected with the residents living there. When things need to done staff is often reported to be on breaks. There is little supervision of the staff that are responsible for direct care. Complaints seem to be only superficially solved to the satisfaction of state compliance and not to the satisfaction of the family or resident.
