I do not have a family member in this nursing home ( I would never place my loved one here) I have a friend who's mother is a resident here. I have only been there twice and this place is HORRIBLE. We made several complaints and have gotten no, and we have noticed that she being treated worse. She is neglected and verbally abused. And we are sure it is in retaliation to our complaints. We are currently looking for a new nursing home. Why this place is still in busy I do not know. The caregivers are incompetent and just don't care. The supervisor and case worker for my friends mom never knows anything and she here self is incompetent. This place has no busy being open.
