Harbor Haven is extremely deficient in terms of the professional staff's adherence to published resident rights. Rights commonly violated include respect & dignity and privacy & confidentiality. Violators include the social worker, the director, some of the nursing staff and most of the CNA staff. If you don't want your loved one belittled or made fun of, this is not the place for them! I rate this facility at 0.1 stars, a travesty of common sense respect!
